These bad boys are on their way to drop a few plasma bombs on poor little planet earth.
I really enjoyed making this, was really fun, I wanted to make "old school" looking UFOs, got sick of seeing futuristic ones. Edit: I've been meaning to update this piece for a few months, it never looked right to me, and it was sort of rushed. So heres an update thats a bit easier on the eyes  Enjoy.  My artwork is not stock and it is not to be re-uploaded, edited, or used anywhere in any way without my permission. Please respect that, thank you! Comments Very nice! And I like the idea with old school UFO's! Lovley work, and poor earth...

The old school UFOs are looking awesome. The details in the nebula are perfect as usual and the smallest planet looks great(but why is its shadow with much lower opacity compared to the bigger planets and the UFOs?). The two huge planets somehow bother me a bit (their textures are very nice tho
 ). They dont fit very well next to each other and there is no good scale of depth in that part of the picture. Maybe moving the further planet or scale it down will fix that. Anyway it is just my opinion.  you know - sometimes I think about making a scene with classic-looking UFO's too, while it's true that today's spaceships make more sense - there's just something cool about flying saucers  -- *priteeboy - proud founder of ~The Worst Artists on dA club! - take a look, have a laugh    Great job, esp on the motions!
